Eminem hosting freestyle rap competition in Detroit

Eminem is heading back to 8 Mile -- sort of.

The Detroit rapper will host a freestyle rap competition entitled "Red Bull EmSee: The Road to 8 Mile National Finals" Aug. 26 at St. Andrews Hall in Detroit.

The rap battle -- similar to those featured in Em's movie "8 Mile" -- will pit eight rappers who emerged victorious from regional battles in cities such as New York, San Francisco and Philadelphia in a final showdown where Em himself will determine the winner.

Slaughterhouse, the hip-hop foursome that is rumored to be signing a deal with Eminem's Shady Records (and includes Detroit rapper Royce da 5'9"), will perform at the event.

Study shows staring at breasts leads to a longer life. via medguru

Frankfurt, Germany, December 6 - A rather bizarre study carried out by German researchers suggests that staring at women's breasts is good for men's health and increases their life expectancy. According to Dr. Karen Weatherby, a gerontologist and author of the study, gawking at women’s breasts is a healthy practice, almost at par with an intense exercise regime, that prolongs the lifespan of a man by five years. She added, "Just 10 minutes of staring at the charms of a well-endowed female, is roughly equivalent to a 30-minute aerobics work-out."
