Chitlins

or better know as chitterlings are a fun/funny little food. In some cultures "chitlins" are known as a delicatessen enjoyed usually around the holidays, Some individuals in these cultures also despise the smell, thought, and not to mention the taste of "chitlins". Though a few of us like to think of them as pure entertainment, & we usually can come up with a good hearty LOL or two from the conversations we have about this fine food. 

Now try and use your imagination and think of:
-A chitlin soft taco....with sour cream
-Chitlin cake...with a cold scoop of chitlin ice cream on top
-Mashed chitlins (similar to mashed potatoes)
-Chitlin lasagna
-Chitlin stew
-A chitlin anit-pasta salad
-A chitlin popsicle
-Creamed chitlins (like creamed corn)
-Chitlin quiche 
-Chitlen slaw (similar to cole slaw)


Can you have tofu flavored chitlins???
